MUSCAT: Dubai Mercantile Exchange (DME) said that Oman oil price for April delivery reached $62.68. The DME statement said that the price of Oman oil on Thursday rose 98 cents from the price of Wednesday, which was $61.70. The average price of Oman oil for February delivery has stabilised at $57.33, thus $8.95 per barrel lower than January delivery. World oil prices too eased after US crude inventories rose and as production levels in the country held at record levels. Brent crude futures slipped 23 cents to $62.46. US crude eased 19 cents to $53.82 a barrel.
