MUSCAT: The International Exhibition of Building and Construction will start on March 12 at Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre under the patronage of Dr Ali bin Masoud al Sunaidy, Minister of Commerce and Industry. More than 425 companies from around the world will take part in the event offering 3-day investment and real estate finance services and facilities. The event is organised by Oman Expo and the Oman Real Estate Association. The event is an opportunity to benefit from the presence of many local and international companies participating in the exhibition and to learn about the opportunities available in the Omani real estate market.
This year, the 15th edition of the International Exhibition of Building and Construction will include the fourth edition of the Oman Real Estate Conference and the 1st edition of Oman Real Estate Exhibition. The Oman Real Estate Exhibition will review all the opportunities available in the Omani real estate market in various tourism, commercial, industrial and residential uses. This is a real opportunity to see what is available in the local market from modern real estate properties available for sale, investment and leasing.
The importance of such exhibitions is to provide a database for all government and private entities that are implementing mega real estate projects in various fields of tourism, housing, infrastructure projects and other projects.
