Asaad attends Saudi Arabia heritage and culture festival

His Highness Sayyid Asaad bin Tareq al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan, returned home late on Wednesday after attending, as delegated by His Majesty Sultan Qaboos, the opening ceremony of the annual 32nd National Festival of Heritage and Culture (Al Janadriya) held in Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) under the auspices of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz al Saud, King of KSA. During the visit, HH Sayyid Asaad was accompanied by Shaikh Saud bin Sulaiman al Nabhani, State Adviser, Sayyid Dr Ahmed bin Hilal al Busaidy, Sultanate’s Ambassador to the KSA and the two advisers at HH Sayyid Asaad’s Office.
Earlier, HH Sayyid Asaad left the Sultanate to Saudi Arabia (KSA) to attend the opening ceremony of the 32nd National Festival of Heritage and Cultural and the Annual Grand Camel Race in Riyadh. HH Sayyid Asaad and his accompanying delegation were seen off upon their departure by Shaikh Abdulmalik bin Abdullah al Khalili, Minister of Justice, Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdullah al Hinai, Adviser of the State, Shaikh Saif bin Mohammed al Shabibi, Minister of Housing, Dr Madeeha bint Ahmed al Shaibaniyah, Minister of Education, Eid bin Mohammed al Thaqafi, KSA Ambassador to the Sultanate, Saif bin Mohammed al Abri, Secretary-General of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan.
HH Sayyid Asaad was accompanied by Shaikh Saud bin Sulaiman al Nabhani, Adviser of the State, Dr Sayyid Ahmed bin Hilal al Busaidy, Sultanate’s Ambassador to the KSA and the two qdvisers in the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan. — ONA
