April 28 - The Directorate General of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources ( in North Batinah, represented by the Food Import Control Department at Sohar Port, destroyed 1,321 cartons of food that weighed 7,915 kg.
According to a statement, the cartons contained food that had past the expiry date and was unfit for human consumption.
