MUSCAT: Al Araimi Boulevard, the mall modelled on the lines of London’s Westfield, will be completed by mid-2018, the company has said. The work is underway on the project in the Seeb-Al Khoudh area that will have two floors spread across 147,200 square metres. The promoters have claimed that the mall will house the biggest food court and the largest glass atrium in Oman and provide 70,500 sqm of leasable area. Promoted by Al Raid group, the project is surrounded by four streets with direct access from three major roads, Sultan Qaboos road, the Equestrian intersection and Al Salam road. The mall will include 150 retail shops, a hypermarket, ten anchor stores, largest family entertainment centre, six screen cinema complex, food court with 1,200 seats dining hall and 20 F&B outlets.
