North Al Batinah club, Al Salam, secured a slot in the final match of Omantel volleyball league after a 3-0 thrilling win against Bahla club. The final match is scheduled to be held on April 24 in the indoor hall of Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex.
Al Salam repeated the second win against Bahla as they defeated them with the same result in the first round of finals.
The race is on for the second slot of the final match between Seeb and Suhar who will face off tomorrow at Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex in the third round of finals.
Suhar beat Seeb 3-2 in the first round of finals. But, definitely this match has its own calculations as it is a do-or-die match for both teams to reach the finals.
In pre-finals rounds, Al Salam lead the table league by having 23 points from eight victories and no losses. Seeb came second with 19 points from 8 won games and two defeats. Suhar finished third with 12 points while Bahla came on forth place with 4 points.
