Al Amerat: The Al Dhiyaa Mosque was inaugurated on Saturday by Shaikh Khalid bin Omar al Marhoon, Minister of Civil Service, in the presence of Shaikh Dr Yahya bin Sulaiman al Nadabi, Wali of Al Amerat, members of the Majlis Ash’shura, members of the Municipal Council, and the people. The opening, which coincides with the beginning of the new Hijri year, included a lecture by Shaikh Ismail bin Nasser al Aufi of the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs. The mosque can accommodate more than 500 worshipers. — ONA
