The national airline, Oman Air, has urged its passengers to check their flight status before travelling to Salalah, Nairobi, Dar es Salam and Zanzibar as flights will be affected on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
SalamAir also issued an alert saying its flights out of Salalah may experience delays or cancellations on Friday and Saturday due to inclement weather conditions.
