AIM professionals attend 13th Annual AIM Summit

Oman played host to the 13th Annual Asset Integrity Management Summit, which was co-hosted by BP Oman, supported by Petrogas E & P, and organised by IQPC Middle East. Oman Society for Petroleum Services (OPAL) is the official in country value (ICV) partner for the summit. The conference attracted local and international delegates from local, regional and international oil and gas industry professionals. The event featured collaborative discussions, keynote sessions, case studies, technical presentations and high-level networking sessions.


Dave Campbell, Chief Operating Officer and VP of Operations, BP Oman, opened the summit with a keynote speech outlining the rich history of BP in Oman and future endeavours. This was followed by an esteemed group of peers including Azhar al Kindi, COO, Petrogas E & P; Chris Breeze, Country Manager, Shell; and Musallam al Mandhari, Chief Executive Officer, Oman Society for Petroleum Services (OPAL).


The event also witnessed excellence awards of appreciation to acknowledge the efforts in implementing efficiency, safety and reliability of its assets to the region’s operators including Dave Campbell, COO and VP of Operations, BP Oman; Azhar al Kindi, COO, Petrogas E&P; Nasser al Toqi, Maintenance & Integrity Manager, PDO; Ahmed Saeed al Naqbi, Head of Refinery Information Systems, ADNOC Refining; and Chris Breeze, Country Chairman, Shell.
