815 students graduate from Majan University College

MUSCAT: 815 students graduated during the 21st graduation ceremony of Majan University College held on December 5 at Al Noor Hall, Muscat.


The ceremony, held under the auspices of Talal bin Sulaiman al Rahbi, Deputy Secretary-General, Supreme Council for Planning, was also attended by Shaikh Rashad bin Ahmed al Hinai, Chairman of Majan College’s Board of Trustees, Shaikh Nasr bin Amer al Hosni, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, representatives of the Ministry of Higher Education and guests.


Dr Maha Kobeil, Dean of the College, thanked the chief guest Talal bin Sulaiman al Rahbi for his presence along with other dignitaries. She expressed her delight pride in presenting the graduates — 212 of whom were conferred with MBA, 18 with MSc in Computer Sciences and 19 with Masters in International Human Resource Management, in addition to 566 bachelor degrees and diploma in Higher Education. Shaikh Nasr also spoke. Bill Ramell, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Bedfordshire, UK, also felicitated the students.
