24 Khimji Ramdas Omani employees to attend leadership training in Malaysia

MUSCAT: Twenty-four Omani employees consisting of 14 male and 10 female from Khimji Ramads commenced their 21-day higher level leadership and management training in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, as part of career building initiatives designed to groom employees for larger roles within the organisation.

The programme will include interactive workshop sessions, three-days of outbound learning and a combination of field work, mentoring and tutoring. Reiterating the company’s commitment towards developing national talent, Pankaj Khimji, Director, Khimji Ramdas said, “As a people-centric organisation, we have always invested in the future of its staff and bringing their skills on par with industry standards through regular training.
