Unique tourism project to come up in Muscat

Muscat: As part of the National Strategy 2040, the Ministry of Tourism is organising a competition for the interested parties, including investors, to develop a unique project in the capital, Muscat. 

The tourism project will be developed on the plot no 19 in the Wilayat of Bausher as per the usufruct rights.

The winning project will be selected as per the following criteria, which include the Best tourism project, best architectural concept, the most guaranteed funding and financial ability with supporting documentation and the shortest Time plan for execution of the project.

The offers are to be submitted at the Ministry of Tourism headquarters by March 3, 2019.
