María Fernanda Espinosa Garcés, President of the United Nations General Assembly arrived in Muscat on Tuesday. She was received by Major General Salim bin Mussalam bin Ali Qatan, Commandant of the National Defence College (NDC), the Director of International Organizations Department at the Foreign Ministry, the Sultanate’s Representative to the United Nations, the Director of Studies for Academic Affairs at the College of Command and Staff and senior officers of the NDC.
