For their impeccable performance, loyalty and for setting good example for others to follow, two Omanis recently won the employees of the year award given by Park Inn Muscat headed by the hotel chain’s Cluster General Manager Nuno Neves. Hassan Al Wahaibi and Majid Al Balushi who works in the Health Club and Kitchen department respectively had been working with the hotel since 2011. Both have embodied the values the hotel and Carlson Rezidor Group adhere to. The criteria for nomination to the awards include the following parameters: demonstrating an extra mile towards guests and co-workers, working as a team player, taking personal responsibility, showing enthusiasm, dedication to superior customer service and satisfaction and helping create profits for the Hotel. Hassan and Majid have demonstrated the above skills over the last year.


Neves shared, “Hassan & Majid has been nominated by members of the management team who noticed their outstanding contribution to the hotel. They were chosen by the category for their ability, attitude, efficiency and initiative shown during the past year. They stand as a role models for all our employees who aspire to win the award and demonstrated that every moment matters.” He added. “Omanisation is our top priority.
