Turkish naval official on visit

MUSCAT: Lt Gen Ahmed bin Harith al Nabhani, Chief of Staff of the Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF), on Thursday received in his Office at Mu’askar Al Murtafa’a Rear Admiral Emre Sezenler, Commander of the Combined Task Force (CTF 151) of the Turkish Navy and his delegation, currently visiting the Sultanate. The meeting exchanged viewpoints and discussed a number of matters of common concern between the armed forces of the two friendly countries.

The meeting was attended by Brigadier Hamad bin Rashid al Bulushi, SAF Assistant Chief of Staff for Operation and Planning, Brigadier Rashid bin Hamoud al Tamami, Director General of the Military Cooperation and Military Attachés Affairs and the Military Attaché at the Turkish Embassy in Muscat.
Rear Admiral Abdullah bin Khamis al Raisi, Commander of the Royal Navy of Oman (RNO), also received in his office at Mu’askar Al Murtafa’a Rear Admiral Emre Sezenler and his delegation.
The two sides exchanged cordial conversations and viewpoints on several matters of common concern.
The meeting was attended by senior RNO officers and the Military Attaché at the Turkish Embassy in Muscat.
