Tomorrowland’s favourite DJ goes live in Muscat!

From Europe to the America’s, to playing on the stages of famous festivals like Tomorrowland, Romeo Blanco turned up the volume in Muscat’s coveted rooftop venue over the weekend. With almost 1000 people in attendance, Blanco’s visit to Oman was not in vain. People huddled in the mosh pit, dancing, grooving and enjoying the unique sound of this talented artist whose name stands prominently in the EDM scene.


Bred on the rich vibes of Carl Cox and Frankie Knuckes, since the very beginning this talented musician and artist has captured the attention of his audience and the heads of the industry like Sony Music, Spinnin Recordsand Armada Music.


Blanco’s music is known for its crowd pulling and energetic abilities and to truly giving his audience an exceptional experience that is entertaining and exciting.


Despite being a late riser as far as Europe’s Electronic music legacy is concerned, the emotive resonance of Blanco’s music is leaving positive marks on the modern industry and its key players. From fateful Flamingo Recordings debut new ‘Galactica’ to the lucid Tïesto-endorsed Now follow-up ‘Universal Love’, Fedde Le Grand’s eye for fresh-faced talent drove an instantaneous surge of positive energy into the young way producers club-credibility.


But with an eye for crafty mainstream crossovers, Blanco’s impending legacy has proven one on tactful genre intervention.


Topping the DMC Miami Buzz Chart with his remix of Adele’s ‘Rolling in The Deep’ and adding a persuasive remodel of the Florence And The Machine’s ‘What The Water Gave Me’ to his studio credentials, Blanco’s work brags a level of avid consistency few have successfully mustered amid the age of liberal sampling.


Prior to Blanco setting the stage alit, the audience also got to experience the music of some of Oman’s best DJs like DJ AB, Dubb Bass, ZO, DJ Leon, DJ Wazi and DJ MS CA.


A successful start to 2018, Spirals group along with Fasi production began the party season with another massively successful event. A member of the group, Danish Kahn said, “2018 is going to be more happening year for us. I have full confidence on my team and the crowd of Oman as they have been loving us for the quality of events which we have given in last 2 years”


In the world of EDM, Blanco’s life and work culminate from true talent and a genuine love for the art of making music and leaving an audible mark that has challenged and bettered the electronic dance music arena.
