Omani singer Haitham Mohammed Rafi is the winner of the Indian television singing show #DilHaiHindustani, which started in December 2016 on Star Plus. Unlike other Indian reality shows, this one allowed competitors from all over the world to compete. The winner of Season 1 was decided on April 1. He has been overwhelming amount of congratulatory messages from across the communities in Muscat since he was declared winner on Saturday.
