Muscat: Lt Gen Ahmed bin Harith al Nabhani, Chief of Staff of the Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF), on Wednesday received in his office at Mu’askar Al Murtafa Rear Admiral Didier Piaton, Commander of the French Naval Forces in the Indian Ocean and his accompanying delegation, currently visiting the Sultanate.
The two sides exchanged viewpoints and discussed a range of issues of common concern in military cooperation between the two friendly countries.
The meeting was attended by Brigadier Maktoom bin Salim al Mazroei, SAF Assistant Chief of Staff for Training and Joint Exercises and the Military Attaché at the French Embassy in Muscat. — ONA
