Scientists in Israel on Monday unveiled a 3D print of a heart with human tissue and vessels, calling it a first and a “major medical breakthrough” that advances possibilities for transplants. Scientists printed pink and blue 3D rabbit-size hearts but Professor Tal Dvir of Tel Aviv University, who led the research for the study said that “larger human hearts require the same technology.” — Reuters
