Sayyid Asaad to lead Sultanate at Arab Summit

968205AMMAN: His Highness Sayyid Asaad bin Tareq al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan, arrived in the Jordanian capital, Amman, to lead the Sultanate’s delegation at the 28th Arab Summit, scheduled to be held in the Dead Sea on Wednesday as delegated by His Majesty Sultan Qaboos. Prince Hashem bin Al Hussein, the Regent in Jordan, led the welcoming party for HH Sayyid Asaad upon his arrival at Queen Alia International Airport. HH Sayyid Asaad was also received by Hani al Mulki, Prime Minister of Jordan, Imad Fakhoury, Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Mohammad al Momani, Minister of State for Media Affairs and Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Secretary General of the Arab League.
