Saudi King, UAE President offer condolences

His Highness Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmood al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers, on Monday received Prince Khalid al Faisal, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Governor of Makkah and Envoy of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz al Saud of Saudi Arabia, and his delegation who arrived here to offer condolences on the death of Sayyid Turki bin Mahmood al Said.

During the meeting, Prince Khalid conveyed sincere condolences and sympathy of King Salman to His Majesty the Sultan, praying to Allah the Almighty to rest the bereaved’s soul in peace and grant his family patience, protect His Majesty the Sultan against all harms and grant him good health, well-being and a long life.
On his turn, Sayyid Fahd asked Prince Khalid to convey greetings of His Majesty the Sultan to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, along with His Majesty’s best wishes of good health, well-being and a long life.
Sayyid Fahd also expressed his utmost thanks and appreciation to King Salman and Prince Khalid for sincere condolences, praying to Allah the Almighty to protect them and the sisterly KSA people against all harms.
Prince Khalid was accompanied by Adil bin Ahmed al Jubair, Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia.
HH Sayyid Fahd also received in his Office Shaikh Mansour bin Zayed al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs in the sisterly United Arab Emirates (UAE), Envoy of Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed al Nahyan, UAE President, and his accompanying delegation, who arrived to offer condolences on the death of Sayyid Turki bin Mahmood al Said.
During his meeting, Shaikh Mansour conveyed sincere condolences and sympathy of Shaikh Khalifa, praying to Allah the Almighty to rest the bereaved’s soul in peace and grant his family patience.
