Now, Saud Bahwan Automotive is to induct National trainees into the winning Toyota Service team as Senior Foremen. The Nationals are due to complete their training by this month end.

According to the Group spokesperson, “The National trainees underwent a 12-months duration course that began in August 2017 and completed in August 2018. The entry qualification prescribed for this advanced course is Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma certificate. The course curriculum has been approved by the Ministry of Manpower.”

Following the successful completion of the training, the Nationals will be inducted in the capacity of Senior Foremen, to be suitably deployed in various Toyota Service locations across the Sultanate.

Further clarifying, the spokesperson adds, “The course is designed with a mix of academic and practical components. While the academic component (class room training) is delivered at the Saud Bahwan Training Centre premises, the practical ‘On-the-job’ training is imparted at Toyota Service locations.”

Saud Bahwan Group continuously practices Omanisation, a vital national priority. The Group endeavours to make available essential training & gainful employment to Omani employees.
