Muscat: Sanskar Dubey stole the show at the quarterly junior tennis tournament organised at the tennis coaching facility of the Indian Social Club Oman.
Sanskar Dubey was in brilliant form and claimed two titles, the boys under-16 and under-14 singles. In the under-16 final, Sanskar defeated Hassan Haider after a hard-fought 8-6 victory and in the under-14 final, he emerged winner with a convincing 6-2 win over Vatsal Manikandan.
Sanjana Girish captured the girls singles title. In the final, Sanjana was in her elements and showed no mercy on the way to a thumping 6-0 victory over Madhu Mitra. Vatsal Manikandan defeated Praneeth Raj 6-2 to claim the boys under-12 title, Amita defeated Smrithi Iyer 6-1 to win the girls under-11 crown and in the all-Rohit final, Rohit Rajkumar defeated Rohit M 6-2 to win the boys under-10 title.
