BISLEY: The Sultan’s Armed Forces’ (SAF) shooting team has achieved excellent results and won top places in various events of the International Military Shooting Competition held from June 16 to 26 in the UK. The army shooting team secured the first place in the Army Rifle Association (ARA) and the Army Rifle Association (ARA) for teams and individuals which were held in Bisley.
In all the SAF shooting team won 40 trophies, 122 gold medals, 37 silver medals and 12 bronze medals. The most important among those prizes was the coveted trophy named after His Majesty Sultan Qaboos, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.
