MUSCAT: Gen Sultan bin Mohammed al Numani, Minister of the Royal Office, received in his office here on Tuesday, Dr Envarbik Fazelianov, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Sultanate on the occasion of the end of his tour of duty as his country’s ambassador to the Sultanate. The ambassador expressed his pride and appreciation for the care extended to him from all officials in the Sultanate. On his turn, Gen Al Numani thanked the ambassador for the efforts he exerted to enhance the existing bilateral relations in all fields between the Sultanate and the friendly Russian Federation while carrying out his duty in the Sultanate, wishing him permanent success. — ONA
