The Royal Cavalry of Oman (RCO) emerged runners-up at the 160 km endurance racing of 3 star organised by the International Equestrian Federation in Paris, France. Reval de Creer of the RCO ridden by jockey Hussain bin Ali al Farsi finished second in the 5-legged race.

Rawdha claimed second place at the Caron horse race in France for 1,650 metre.
Ajaib owned by Shaikh Hamdan bin Rashid al Maktoum, won the first place amid stiff competition.
