MUSCAT: Shaikh Mohammed bin Said al Kalbani, Minister of Social Development, on Thursday honoured student Safa bint Hamdan al Salehiya from Al Wafa Rehabilitation Centre for Disabled Children in the Wilayat of Suhar who won the first place in Shaikha Latifa bint Mohammed Competition for Childhood Creations in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) at the level of GCC countries in the field of media caricature. He also honoured Mariam bint Ibrahim al Balushi, technical assistant at the centre for her efforts that helped Safa to win the first place in the competition. — ONA
