Muscat: The online registration for admission in Indian Schools in the capital area for the next academic year (2019-2020) will start from January 15 2019 for Classes KG I to IX, said the Board of Directors (BOD) for Indian Schools.
The centralized admission system with online registration introduced by the Board of Directors, Indian Schools in Oman has enhanced the entire admission process, making it convenient for parents and schools to manage the process of admissions.
Online registration for admissions is applicable to seven Indian Schools in the capital area – Indian School Bousher, Indian School Muscat, Indian School Darsait, Indian School Al Wadi Al Kabir, Indian School Al Ghubra, Indian School Al Seeb and Indian School Al Maabela.
Indian School at Bausher, the seventh Indian School in the capital area and the twenty-first in the Sultanate of Oman, is ready to take off with ultra-modern and state-of-the-art facilities from the beginning of the next academic year. The School will initially be accommodating children of Kindergarten to Class VII, adding more senior classes in subsequent years.
Considering the high quality of education at an affordable rate, the environmental friendly campus, and the easy accessibility through Muscat Expressway, Indian School at Bausher is expected to attract a large number of new applicants as well as those already studying in the afternoon shifts in different Indian schools in the capital area.
The Ghubra villa (ISM-G) and the Darsait villa of Indian School Muscat, which were operating as feeder schools will cease to exist. The students from these branches will be shifted to the new Indian School Bousher.
There will be no more registration of new admissions for the afternoon shifts in the schools. Those who are already studying in the afternoon shifts will be given preference to take admission at Indian School Bousher.
