MUSCAT: The Civil Service Employees Pension Fund (CSEPF) will take part in the International Social Security Association (ISSA) academic seminar entitled “Collection of Contributions” from April 5-7 in India. The seminar aims at introducing participants to how to devise strategies for collecting contributions to the institution, identifying experiences of participants in meeting challenges and discussing areas of improvement in collection of contributions. The seminar will include sessions where the participants will prepare a work plan to identify procedures and steps proposed to raise rates of collection of contributions and to develop solutions and apply them in their institutions and then followed by the ISSA specialists. The seminar will discuss major challenges to the collection of contributions and the best practices and relevant approaches in this regard. — ONA
