Muscat: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI), represented by the Directorate General for Standards and Metrology signed an agreement with RAX Solutions and Conformity Company, an Omani company, to provide laboratory testing and analysis services for the products.
Sami bin Salim al Sahib, Acting Director General of Standards and Metrology, and Dr Hamed Subhi Jamal, Managing Partner at RAX Solutions and Conformity, signed the agreement.
Al Sahib said that the agreement comes within the framework of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry’s endeavours to improve the development of services for testing and laboratory analysis of products in general. — ONA
