MUSCAT: Oman Real Estate Association (OREA) will celebrate tomorrow at Grand Millennium Hotel, Muscat handing over the second edition of Oman Real Estate Awards 2016 under the auspices of HH Sayyid Taimour bin Asaad bin Tareq al Said. The 2nd version of the awards consists of 17 categories.
The developers’ category awards are divided to six different awards, which are Best Real Estate Developer of the Year at the Commercial Level Award, Best Developer of the Year at the Residential Level Award, Best Developer of the Year at the Level of Retail Units Award, Best Project for Multiple Use Award, Outstanding Project Representing a Milestone Award, and the Best Company of the Year in the Field of Architecture, Design and Planning Award.
Secondly, real estate management and real estate brokerage category.
It is divided to two awards, which are the Best Real Estate Management of the Year Award and the Best Real Estate Broker of the Year Award.
Thirdly, special nature awards category, and is divided to five awards, which are the Best Financing Company for Housing Units of the Year Award, Best Real Estate Website of the Year Award, the Best Real Estate Marketing Company of the Year Award, the Best Residential Project Facilitator of the Year Award, and the Best Small and Medium Real Estate Company of the Year Award.
Fourth, individual awards category, and it is divided to two awards, which are the Best Executive Director in Real Estate Sector of the Year Award, and the Best Woman working in the Real Estate Sector of the Year Award.
Fifth, government awards category, and it is divided to two awards: Outstanding Contribution to the Real Estate Sector Award, and the Best Government Real Estate Project Award.
The event will include a presentation on the achievements made by the real estate companies and their contributions to promoting this vital sector.
The competition will provide a local platform to raise awareness of the real estate companies and the contributions made by specialists, real estate developer, architectural designers, planners, real estate brokers, investors, real estate consultants and public organizations. — ONA
