MUSCAT: The Omani-Japanese Economic Cooperation SME Forum opened on Sunday at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre under the auspices of Dr Ali bin Masoud al Sunaidy, Minister of Commerce and Industry.
Organised by Al Rafd Fund, in collaboration with Riyada — Public Authority for SME Development, the forum seeks to support small and medium enterprises, explore ways and opportunities for international investment and export as well as exchange experiences with SMEs across the world and set up channels for trade exchange between Oman and Japan.
The forum which coincides with the 45th anniversary of the Omani-Japanese relationships, will continue till March 2 and include a number of activities and events aimed at fostering economic cooperation between the two countries. — ONA
