Oman Met warns of rise in temperatures

Muscat: A noticeable rise in in temperatures was witnessed in the range of mid to late 40s across the Sultanate on Friday, reported Oman Meteorology.

It has urged people to avoid direct exposure to sunlight and follow instructions in the event of a sun stroke.

For Saturday,  the met department expects temperatures to be 45 degrees in Muscat, 43 in Khasab, 31 in Salalah, 47 in Nizwa, 44 in Suhar, 47 in Buraimi and 47 in Ibri,
