OIFC opens corporate centre in Ghubra

MUSCAT: Oman Investment and Finance Co (OIFC) has opened the first Khedmah Corporate Centre in Al Ghubra, providing integrated customer services including collection and payment of electricity, water and telecommunication bills and utility accounts management for commercial businesses across public and private sectors. The full-fledged Khedmah Corporate Centre has also a fully automated payment machine, and employs the best of modern technology so as to enhance the quality of services provided to commercial subscribers.


The opening of the OIFC Corporate Centre in Al Ghubra reflects OIFC’s commitment to its key responsibility as a provider of multiple services for companies and institutions, using advanced technology and software that enhance the efficiency and user-friendliness of OIFC’s services.


According to OIFC Deputy CEO Tahir bin Salim al Amri, OIFC has been consistently exploring means to develop and fine-tune its customer services for commercial companies with respect to management and payment of utility accounts across electricity, water and telecommunication, in line with its vision that is focused on forging commercial partnerships, and offering services for its diverse customer base.


He said the company is working on expanding its corporate service network by opening more branches across various commercial areas, and will continue to adopt latest technology to enhance e-services offering greater value addition to customers. The Corporate Centre is located at the centre of the commercial area in Al Ghubra, making it highly accessible for customers in the region. Its working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm. The centre has a dedicated team to address customer queries and follow up on the same.
