MUSCAT: The Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) represented by the Real Estate Developing Committee will organise today the 2nd Real Estate Forum at the OCCI’s HQs under the patronage of Said bin Saleh al Kiyoumi, OCCI Chairman. The forum aims at contributing in developing the performance of real estate sector in the Sultanate and to exchange views relating to this field, as well as highlighting OCCI’s role in communicating with the real estate developers to overcome the obstacles. The forum will discuss the most important solutions that are suggested by the committee to overcome the challenges in the real estate sector in a bid to find a successful and effective real estate sector. A number of working papers on goals of OCCI Real Estate Developing Committee will be presented during the forum to activate investment in this sector. — ONA
