Muscat: The Public Authority for Civil Aviation on Sunday approved Russian airline Nordwind Airlines to operate 16 tourist flights from Moscow to Salalah from October 15 to March 2019. Nordwind Airlines is a charter airline headquartered in Moscow with its main hub at Sheremetyevo International Airport. Nordwind operates services between holiday destinations in the Mediterranean Sea and the Indian Ocean.
