Nabras Dhofar, First technology post wins in Salalah cricket

SALALAH: Nabras Dhofar Trading posted a 4-wicket win against Gulf Foundation in Group B and First Technology beat Lantux by 16 runs in Group A in on the third day of the Salalah Cricket League. In other matches of the day, Raysut Oasis thumped Al Dhaman Trading by 7 wickets in Group E and Samra United defeated Ahbar Trading by 65 runs in Group F.
Nandakumar, Biji, Sajan, Nazeer, Toufiq, Fayaz, Jamshed and Parwinder were the umpires for the matches. Riaz, Ashraf and Jayraj were the official scorers. Prabhakar and Francis did the commentary.
Matches were attended by Nilesh K Derani (Chairman), John Rajamoney, Sudheer from Oman Cricket Club Salalah, Tapesh Desai from Muscat Pharmacy, and Sanjay Bhatt and Dilip Chawda from Khimji Ramdas.
Man of the matches awards were presented by Dilip Chawda, Sanjay Bhatt.
A’Safwah was official sponsor for juices, Chickoo Sweets provided snacks, and Al Bayan provided water for the volunteers and guests and Masafi provided water for players. Al Raazi group of hospital provided medical service for players by positioning one ambulance and male nurse with first aid kit as official medical aid for all the matches.
