As per the agreement, Mwasalat will buy one bus which will be the first of its kind in the Sultanate. The bus will be provided with the various demonstration facilities that fit travelling for long distances. Mwasalat will operate and maintain the bus as per the best international standards. The agreement was signed by Ahmed bin Ali al Balushi, CEO of Mwasalat and Eng Tariq bin Ali al Amri, CEO of Be’ah.

CEO of Mwasalat affirmed that partnerships with the different organisations of the state contribute to developing the services rendered by the two public companies. He pointed out that signing of such agreements comes within the company’s keenness to find available alternatives and options to support the public transport company which will in turn contribute to reducing the public subsidy.
