Muscat top for realty investment

The Spaces, a digital magazine specialised in architecture, design, art and property, chose Muscat as one of the seven top cities in the world for investing in property in 2018. The magazine described Muscat as a safe haven in an otherwise volatile region. Oman hasn’t fallen into the trap of brash over beauty like many of its neighbours.
Muscat came second after Toronto in Canada in the list. The magazine touched on the new Muscat International Airport, which can handle 48 million passengers a year. Other cities are Dundee in Scotland, Paris in France, Tokyo in Japan, Tbilisi in Georgia and San Miguel de Allende in Mexico. — ONA
