MSM index gains 16 points

MUSCAT: Muscat Securities Market (MSM) general index 30 on Monday added 16,71 points, comprising a rise by 0.33 per cent to close at 5083.92 points, compared to the last session, which stood at 5067.21 points. The trading value stood at RO 2,242,587, comprising a rise by 17.7 per cent compared to the last session, which stood at RO1,904,873. The report released by MSM pointed out that the market value rose by 0.197 per cent to reach about RO 17.85 billion. The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached RO 385,000 comprising 17.16 per cent. — ONA
