MUSCAT: Muscat Securities Market (MSM) general index (30) yesterday added 24.1 points, comprising a rise by 0.53 per cent to close at 4,591.14 points, compared to the last session, which stood at 4,566.98 points.
The trading value today stood at RO 3,361,766, comprising a rise by 93.6 per cent compared to the last session, which stood at RO 1,736,689.
The report released by MSM pointed out that the market value rose by 0.180 per cent to reach about RO 17.54 billion. The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached RO 184,000 comprising 5.48 per cent. The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached RO 116,000 comprising 3.45 per cent. The net non-Omani investment rose by 2.03 per cent to RO 68,000.
