MUSCAT: The Ministry of Health will start applying the E-payment service from today, January 1, 2018. All fees and amounts due to the ministry with all its health institutions will be collected through the credit/ debit cards only. No cash will be received. It is worth mentioning that the ministry started applying the E-payment service via the bankcards since October 1, 2016. — ONA
