Duqm Port on Monday received two massive off-shore oil rigs. The two rigs have been carried by one of the world’s largest semi-submersible heavy lift vessels. Specialised off-loading operations took place at Duqm Port, which has emerged as one of the leading ports across the world in performing such massive heavy lift operations.
