KHARTOUM: State Council Chairman Dr Yahya bin Mahfoudh al Mantheri and his delegation were received by Governor of Khartoum Hashim Othman al Hussein on Tuesday. The governor expressed the hope that the delegation’s visit will result in further strengthening relations between the two countries in all fields. Dr Al Mantheri also met Sadiq Ali al Shaikh, Chairman of the Legislative Council of Khartoum, and discussed ways of enhancing parliamentary cooperation between the two countries. The delegation met with many Sudanese officials as part of its official visit to Sudan. Dr Al Mantheri and his delegation also visited the Museum of the Republican Palace and were briefed about the exhibits there.
