Working as a team in an organisation is a must, not a choice. They say you are born into a family and you never had a choice. But you begin to accept the family members because of blood relation.

The same way today if you are keen on having a career in an organisation that you are in, the best solution is to accept the colleagues the way they are.

After all how long are you to going to be defensive especially when we know the quality of life depends on quality of thoughts?

Then something amazing happens when we accept a person the way she or he is. We begin to understand the other person and especially where they come from. There are elements of sympathy and appreciation.

Now what is the first reason why we have difficulties in getting along with some people?

The first thing we notice is the energy and we tend to say, “I am not able to get the right vibe.” So what is it exactly? Yes we are defined as beings that have energy and aura. Yes they also say we are made of star dust and we are definitely made of molecules.

We may not be able to see the energy, although some people can read your aura, we distinctively sense energy from the level of enthusiasm — or lack of it.

Sometimes we have built our own forts around us only to protect ourselves because we have had prior experiences that have burned our fingers. But life is not to be wasted thinking of what had happened in the past and to regret later what could or might have been.

The more we continue to hold on to our past that has hurt us the more we will continue to remain frozen. But the good thing about having been hurt is that you have become stronger and the only thing we need to get rid of is the bitterness.

We are only allowed to carry with us the lessons we have learnt and in a way be grateful to the person or situation that taught us the lesson. We can only learn by being open and even though we have the urge to resist change we have to admit that life has taught each one of us that if there is anything that is constant in life it is ‘Change.’

We have changed uncountable times at molecular level since our birth. At the same time we might be carrying many memories including our ancestors’ memories of experiences at

our genetic level.

Very often it is natural to sit and think how someone along the line of ancestry must have worked on earth centuries ago who might have had similar features and emotions just like us.

Is it not amazing that each one of us have history and would it not be incredibly a loss if we were to just walk through earth and not leave a mark of legacy?

Each one of us have talent and elements of creativity but most of us leave it at that — a talent maybe even refer to it as an inborn talent. We might never take it to the next level labelling it as just a hobby.

It is not just about earning money out of your talent but it is the sense of empowerment that has long lasting benefits. There are moments when we feel slightly out of alignment and that is because we have not identified or have been working towards our

purpose of life.

If we look around everything has a purpose on earth. It is clearly indicated with signs their purpose of creation from the microbes that are expected to provide answers for many

challenges mankind faces today, to the earthworm who nourishes the soil, to the celestial beings like the sun and moon.

So could it even be possible we were created to merely exist? We can see the sense of fulfilment in the eyes of teachers. That is when I realised that often we look at achievers and the ones with social status as people with purpose as they might have responsibilities too, but in whatever position and in whatever career and how much ever wealth they generate, it is

the people who engage in service to others who truly have the sense of fulfilment by knowing and living their purpose in life.
