SALALAH: Indian School Salalah organised Valedictory Ceremony for outgoing Grade 12 batch 2017 in the school premises recently.

The candles of the students were lit by the school Principal TR Brown. The faculties of English CT Ramasamy, Rachel Abraham, Royi TA and Mini Ramesh read out citations. The melodious ‘Greeting song’ by the music department also brought more solemnity to the occasion.

When the students were blessed with the lit candles with the citations and song at the backdrop, it was a treat to the eyes of the audience to see their young graduates in the photo session throwing the caps in adherence to the rich tradition of graduation ceremonies.

With a sense of pride the outgoing students shared their reminiscence of pleasant moments they spent at Indian School Salalah. Arshad Sunil (Headboy), Monisha Mohan (Headgirl) and Kanika Dilip Ashar (the Best Outgoing student) expressed their heartfelt gratitude to all those who associated with the school for providing them the best education and opportunities for their all round development. To cherish the happy moments, mementos were presented to each student by Ram Santhanam, President of the School Management Committee and the school principal.
