ISG reps excel in global round of World Scholar’s Cup

After qualifying in the initial rounds, a group of 12 students accompanied by their mentor Eunice Dcoutho attended the Global Round of the World Scholar’s Cup held at Athens on July 18-23, 2017.


Two out of the four teams representing ISG have qualified for the Final Round to be held at Yale University, USA.


The student included Alisha Amjad, Aparna Krishnan Reshmy, Faiza Reza, Caroline Judi Benhur, Kshama Mumbai, Khadija Akbar, Nikitha Thomas, Nitu Andrews Machilath, Pavithra Kalaiselvan, Roshna Sharon Manogaran, Sarah Tasnim and Shraavani Sastry.


The students got the opportunity to showcase their knowledge and their skills in writing, debating and quizzing while also experiencing the culture and traditions of different countries from all over the world in the Scholar’s Fair.


The delegates from ISG were grateful to the School Management and their parents for making possible the experience of interacting with 1500 scholars from 42 countries as it taught them lessons that will enrich their lives forever.
