MUSCAT: Muscat-based Shankara Yoga Kendra commemorated the 3rd International Yoga Day with a curtain raiser themed ‘power yoga’ on May 5 at Indian Embassy auditorium under the patronage of Indramani Pandey, Indian ambassador. Co-founder Yogacharya Prema Arun conducted a 90 minutes session to unleash the power within during the yoga session. Over 100 yoga enthusiasts took part in the session. Yogacharya Prema is on a mission to promote yoga for all having trained thousands in the Sultanate over the past decade. She has students from various nationalities who have reaped the benefits of yoga and continues to ignite wellness among all.
