MUSCAT: The inauguration of U Capital, one of the largest independent investment banking platforms in Oman, will be held at OMINVEST Head Office at Shatti Al Qurum on Monday 20 at 7:30 pm. U Capital was recently established by shareholders comprising OMINVEST 36 per cent, Arab Bank (Switzerland) Ltd, 34 per cent and Oman Investment Fund (OIF) 30 per cent. Upon formation, U Capital acquired Oman Arab Bank’s investment banking business IMG, which had a long-standing track record spanning two decades in Oman.
