MUSCAT, August 27 - The Oman Football Association (OFA) held the His Majesty’s Cup qualification draw on Monday in the presence of Humail al Jabri, OFA member and other officials. Ibri team will take on neigbours Yanqul while Ahli Sidab will play against Daba from Musandam. Al Musannah will face off with Al Hamra. Al Ettihad club have withdrawn their participation from the event on Monday during the draw ceremony. The opening round match of the coveted cup will be played on September 6 while the second round qualifications match is scheduled to be played on September 10. Only five clubs out of 6 clubs will qualify in this stage to the Round of 32. Around 14 clubs will come from the Omantel League while 13 clubs will represent the First Division league. There will be five clubs from second division league.
